Prepare the Package
Place the unopened fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve. Ensure the product is securely packed in the original shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Return
Affix the provided prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt, our laboratory will inspect the seal's integrity. Once approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
